AJ Bell will host the panel How Confidence Shapes Women’s Progression in Tech – As Customers and as Creators. The session will feature Danni Hewson, Head of Financial Analysis, and Toyosi Awofisoye, Agile Coach, who will explore how confidence influences progression, decision-making and impact for women working in and shaping technology.
The discussion will look at confidence from multiple perspectives, including how women experience technology as customers and how they help create, design and deliver digital products and services. Drawing on experience from across finance, agile delivery and leadership, the panel will offer insight into the barriers women face and the levers that help unlock progression.
