Manchester Digital is delighted to announce Lloyds Banking Group as a sponsor of both Digital Her Day on 3 February and AI Futures Day on 6 February as part of the Digital Skills Festival 2026.

At Digital Her Day, Lloyds Banking Group will sponsor the panel session Finding Your Voice as a Woman in Tech: An Unfiltered Conversation. The session will feature Suzanne Ellison and Tas Bhamji, who will share honest reflections on building a career in tech on your own terms, from early career moments and being underestimated, through to leading at scale.

The conversation will explore confidence as a daily practice, how influence is built over time and how to keep pace with fast-moving technology. Suzanne brings insight into leading AI initiatives and delivering value, while Tas offers a digital perspective on customer impact at scale. Attendees can expect real-world stories, practical reflections and takeaways they can apply to their own journeys.

At AI Futures Day, Lloyds Banking Group will host the Lloyds Banking Group AI Showcase. This interactive session will give attendees the opportunity to explore practical, real-world AI use cases through demos and insights from within a large-scale organisation, highlighting how AI is being applied responsibly at scale.

Suzanne Ellison, Product Director at Lloyds Banking Group, said:

“I’m proud to support Manchester’s Digital Skills Festival and Digital Her.

At Lloyds Banking Group we are committed to supporting women across Manchester at every stage of their tech journey, from first steps and career returners to those staying and progressing in the industry.

This partnership helps turn advocacy into action so more women can build, lead and thrive.”
