Amber Tither

I’m Amber Tither, she/her, and I’ve been the ICO’s Inclusion and Wellbeing Manager since 2022. Prior to that I spent almost 10 years working across the education and charity sector, working from ages five through to retirement. This includes everything from curation and delivery of sessions, policy and guidance writing, statutory reporting, equality impact assessments, and hands on wellbeing support. I have a passion for ensuring every voice is heard, striving to bring inclusion to every environment I work in.
