Hannah Smith is the Senior User Centred Design Manager at the ICO. Her role is to embed user centred design principles and practices across the organisation so that products, services, and spaces are designed to meet real user needs.
Hannah started her career working in digital content design for a charity, which kick started her passion for inclusive and accessible design.
She was formerly the co-chair of the ICO’s women’s network and is an active participant in multiple EDI networks.
