Hi, I’m Toyosi Awofisoye, an Agile Coach in AJ Bell’s Technology Services team. I’ve been with AJ Bell or 1.5 years (since May 2024), helping teams and leaders embrace agility to deliver value faster and more effectively. My focus is on enabling collaboration, improving processes, and fostering a culture of continuous learning across our technology landscape.
Before moving into tech, I worked in oncology as a Radiotherapy Practitioner, which taught me empathy and resilience, skills I now apply to coaching and transformation. I believe people don’t fail, processes fail people, and that drives me to uncover opportunities for growth and empower teams to succeed.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing guitar and photography.
